The Eye Restaurant Lounge is captivating!
This dining concept created by Yumilka Olivi Soto for the Euphoria Hospitality Group in Orlando, Florida. The design draws inspiration from the enchanting nights of Kaş, Turkey — a coastal town where Mediterranean culture, mysticism, and natural beauty converge. The brief was clear: create a space that feels like a secret discovered, not a restaurant entered. Every design decision was made to evoke that feeling of wonder — of stepping through a portal into another world.
RESULT SECTION:
A Destination, Not Just a Dinner.
The Eye became one of Orlando's most talked-about dining experiences — a space where the design itself became the attraction. Guests return not just for the food, but for the feeling the space creates. This project demonstrates Visual Studio Plus's core philosophy: great hospitality design doesn't decorate a room — it authors an experience.

Our Design Process — How The Eye Came to Life
1.
Discovery & Brand Immersion
We began with a deep dive into the Euphoria Hospitality Group's brand vision, target guest, and competitive landscape. The inspiration emerged: the mystical coastal town of Kaş, Turkey, lantern-lit, layered, and alive with Mediterranean energy.
2.
Concept Direction & Spatial Storytelling
Using the Santuario methodology, we developed the full sensory concept mapping how guests would feel at arrival, at the bar, at the table, and on departure. Every zone was scripted as a chapter in the same story.
3.
Material Specification & Technical Design
Jewel-toned fabrics, custom textured wall treatments, curated stone surfaces, and a dramatic lighting plan were specified and documented. Each material was selected for tactile and visual impact not just aesthetics.
4.
Execution & Principal Oversight
Yumilka provided principal-led oversight through construction coordinating with contractors, reviewing installations, and ensuring the executed space matched the approved design intent down to every finish and fixture.
