A monthly design partnership. Instead of hiring Visual Studio Plus for a single full-service project and then losing access when it ends, you keep us on a low-friction monthly retainer for ongoing design decisions — large and small — across your home.
Think of it as having a designer on call. The way wealthy families have a personal trainer, a stylist, or a financial advisor — except the asset we are helping you steward is your home.

Essential Retainer — starting at $1,500 per month
For homeowners who want ongoing design direction without a large monthly footprint. Includes:
Up to 2 hours of design consultation per month (virtual or in-home).
Unlimited email and text support for quick design questions — paint colors, fabric swatches, furniture decisions, art placement.
Quarterly seasonal refresh recommendations — what to swap, what to add, what to retire.
Discounted access to our trade vendor network, with average savings of 15 to 30 percent on furniture, art, lighting, and textiles.
Priority scheduling for any larger projects you commission within the year.
Signature Retainer — starting at $3,000 per month
For homeowners who want a true design partner. Everything in Essential, plus:
Up to 6 hours of design consultation per month (virtual or in-home).
In-home walk-throughs every quarter to assess the home holistically and recommend updates.
Full vendor and contractor coordination — when something needs to be installed, replaced, or fixed, we handle the logistics.
Custom mood boards and material direction for any room you want to evolve.
Seasonal styling for holidays and entertaining — full setup, including bringing in florals, linens, and tabletop styling for major events you host.
First access to new pieces from our trade network before they reach the public market.
How It Works
Step 1. Book a free 20-minute discovery call. We discuss your home, your taste, your goals, and whether the retainer is the right fit.
Step 2. We do an initial home assessment — virtual or in-home depending on the tier — to understand the rooms, the existing pieces, the gaps, and the direction.
Step 3. The retainer begins. We work month to month with a three-month minimum to allow the partnership to develop. Cancel anytime after the initial three months with thirty days notice.
Step 4. We meet at least monthly (you choose virtual or in-person), and you can text or email us between sessions for quick decisions.
What the Retainer Is Not
This is not full-service design for a major renovation. If you are about to renovate a kitchen, build a custom home, or do a whole-home remodel, that is a project engagement, not a retainer — and we will tell you so when you call.
This is not a substitute for our hospitality design work or for major construction projects requiring permits, drawings, and contractor management.
This is for ongoing, intentional evolution of an already-loved home.
