Why Our Denver Studio Is Inside a Trade Design Building

Visual Studio Plus is based inside Designhaus, a coworking space built specifically for the design and building industry at 5801 Logan St, Denver — sharing the building with the Denver Flooring & Finishes showroom.

What that means for you

Being in the same building as a trade flooring and finishes showroom means we're steps away from real material samples when a project calls for it — tile, hardwood, natural stone, and countertops are literally downstairs.

It also puts us in daily contact with the same builders, contractors, and trade professionals who source materials there, which keeps us plugged into what's actually available and priced well in the Denver market right now.

Bilingual, on-site, and easy to find

Yumilka Olivi Soto, principal designer and 2026 Coverings CID Award winner, is on-site and available in English and Spanish — helpful when a project involves Spanish-speaking installers or trades, which is common in the Denver metro area.

If you're visiting Designhaus or Denver Flooring & Finishes for a project, feel free to stop by Office 210 to say hello, or book a free discovery call at visualstudioplus.com.
